What Happens in Vegas

Hey Happy Cow Herd-

Vegas baby, Vegas.  You know who loves Happy Cow beer?  All the guys at the Draft House in North Las Vegas.  “What happens in North Las Vegas happens twice as hard as in Vegas” or something like that.  No sale was made tonight, but not for lack of trying.  It just so happens that they had their own brewery and were not interested in buying more.

Good news though, I won $10,000 playing video poker, “Jacks or Better” baby!  Mike was really happy that we had the money to pay back Big Joe Thompson and went to chill out in the trailer with some victory beers.  He probably should have stayed by my side, or at least took the money with him.

Bad news, I lost the $10,000 playing video poker.  I was trying to win enough money so that Mike and I could stay in Vegas or California for a few more days.  I could work on my acting career, Mike could relax and not worry about jobs and girlfriends for awhile.  But alas, I blew it.  Never double-down on 12 kids.

I have one last guy I know in Los Angles, hopefully he can help us out.  Mikey is once again asleep in the trailer so I am going to start driving.  I think we can make it in time for the Badger game which would probably help us sell more Happy Cow.  Those Badger fanatics love the stuff and probably miss it living way outside of the Happy Cow distribution area.   Here’s to hoping.
