Kansas City – yes Kurt, there’s more than one

Hi e’rybody,

We’re somewhere West of Kansas City (both of them), which didn’t go well…. yet another bullet point in the long list of things that Kurt has screwed up so far. The only thing he’s done right is make the Chicago event take off, though why we weren’t able to seal a regular deal with Lottie’s I’m still not sure. I’d be more hesitant about the rest of the trip except that I have a good feeling about Denver. I have a few contacts of my own there, so we won’t have to rely on a grown man who refuses–absolutely refuses–to take off his cow costume. I’m pretty sure that if I can pull this gig off I’ll have an in for getting back with Amanda. Maybe my dog will even come back. Oh, wait…. too soon?
